How do I receive my product?
After your payment is confirmed, your code is sent to the email address used at checkout and saved in your account under My account → Orders, with activation instructions.
How long does delivery take?
Most codes are delivered automatically once the payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are confirmed after the required network confirmations, which usually takes a few minutes.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see all your orders and codes in one place.
I did not receive my code. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first, then look in My account → Orders. If it is not there, contact us with your order number.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
On GameSpark Store you can pay with cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin and USDT. The full list of coins is shown at checkout.
Can I pay by card or PayPal?
Yes, by buying the same products through our seller profiles on K4G (MiliaGame) or Driffle (GameSpark). Those marketplaces accept cards and PayPal and offer their own buyer protection.
Why are prices lower with crypto?
Marketplaces charge fees on every sale. When you pay with crypto on our store, there are no marketplace fees, so we can offer a better price.
Products & activation
Will the key work in my country?
Every product page shows the region and platform. Please check them before buying. Codes marked Global work worldwide; region-locked codes only work in the listed region.
How do I activate my code?
Activation steps are on each product page and in your delivery email. Usually you redeem the code in the platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation…) under “Redeem a code”.
What if my code does not work?
Contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We check every case and replace or refund the product according to our refund policy.
