How delivery works
All our products are digital. There is no physical shipping. After your payment is confirmed, your product is delivered by email to the address used at checkout and is also available in My account.
Delivery time
- Most orders are delivered shortly after payment confirmation.
- Some account products are prepared manually and can take up to 8 hours.
- Crypto payments are confirmed after the required blockchain confirmations.
Marketplace orders
If you bought from us on Driffle or K4G, submit your order ID and redeem code on our Redeem Code page. We send your product by email once your request is checked.
Did not receive your order?
Check your spam folder first, then your account. If you still cannot find it, email support@gamesparkstore.com with your order number.
